We are seeking a Product Manager – Web Analytics to join our Product Development team. This role will drive business intelligence for tracking and web analytics of TMP’s recruitment marketing efforts. Using strong strategic judgment, deep analytical skills and strong intellectual curiosity, this role will be responsible for the collection, analysis, and presentation of various web metrics. Working with Google Analytics, DoubleClick and other web analytics platforms, you will develop regular and ad-hoc reports, analyze trends, summarize and present findings, and articulate key insights to internal stakeholders. The Product Manager – Web Analytics will work with business owners to build strategic insights, best practices and data stories for internal and external clients.


* Bachelor’s Degree
* Experience with Business Intelligence and/or Analytics Tools like Tableau
* Experience in the recruitment marketing space is not required, but would be a plus
* 3+ years of product management experience or business analysis with internet based software
* Strong knowledge of Google Analytics and DoubleClick, including a strong understanding of how to create, test and debug tags
* Proficiency in developing custom reports, advanced segments, configuring website analytics and providing analysis during the presentation of findings
* Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy and know how to transform end-user needs into technical and functional requirements
* Past experience using AGILE to develop internet based software
