Product Lead - Advertising Platforms

- Project manage implementation of new centrally developed ad platform capabilities across Viacom brands
- Train technical teams on new releases
- Troubleshoot implementation and other ad issues
- Partner with product management to identify new platform features and enhancements
- Evangelize technical best-practices across the organization
- Create testing plans for traffic, site development and QA teams
- Owning technical documentation and internal learning resources
- Maintain a calendar of upcoming releases across the company and report on their status

Required Qualifications:

- Ability to conceptualize highly complex product solutions
- Experience communicating technical concepts
- Experience/exposure to ad tech ecosystem such as DFP and Freewheel
- BA/BS in technology for a top institution
- Understanding of full digital product development process
- Experience with analytics
- Experience working in a client-facing capacity for IT or technology products
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Hands-on experience with web or app technologies such as HTML, JavaScript, CSS, web servers, Objective-C, Java, etc.
- Outstanding troubleshooting and analytical abilities, along with an ability to collaborate cross-functionally to solve problems
- Extremely organized and driven
- Passionate about learning and using new technologies
- Familiarity with online advertising and reporting platforms a huge plus, including: DoubleClick, Freewheel, Omniture, Adobe Audience Manager, Comscore, Nielsen or similar products
