General Summary
The Website Product & Information Architect Manager will have broad responsibilities over enhancing and maintaining the customer’s online relationship. We are looking for a thought leader that is a true blend of creative and technology talent. The professional we seek must be proactive, a team player, and have a strong focus on bottom-line results.

This position will support Spendable, a prepaid debit card product recently launched by Think Finance. Accordingly, you will be part of a start-up team internal within Think Finance with high visibility from senior management and opportunity for rapid advancement as the product grows. Additionally, Spendable’s unique product structure, including its deep integration with social media, will enable fresh and creative technology and marketing options. Principal Duties and Responsibilities
•Generate and research ideas for how to improve the customer’s online experience
•Deep understanding of the customer, the problem, and the solution with clear line of sight back to the business objectives.
•Business owner of change requests in the development pipeline:
oDevelop comprehensive customer, functional and business requirements
oEngage with creative resource and management to create new designs
oGuide technical team’s implementation of change requests
oOversight of quality assurance team and release management process
•Evaluating actual impact of projects and customer behavior post-launch
•Own business requirements documentation for the website
•Increase customer acquisition conversion rates and increase customer retention rates
•Manage champion / challenger testing
•Recommend strategic and tactical changes to maximize marketing mix
•Interface with IT, compliance, risk, marketing, and creative resources to optimize the website
•Manage 3rd party vendors for email, SMS, social media, mobile apps, and blogging platforms
•Review website for SEO
•Develop metrics and reports to track performance and progress
•Work closely with the marketing and product team to build the brand

Experience and Education
•4+ years of in product management, product marketing, or new product development in internet products
•Strong understanding of emerging platforms across social networking, games and online trends
•Experience working in an agile environment
•Information Architect / UX professional with demonstrated ability to innovate and define creative solutions with compelling user experiences that exceed customer expectations
•Portfolio of UIs designed or developed by the candidate
•Demonstrated ability to interpret in-depth analyses and uncover actionable insight
•Demonstrated ability to write highly detailed requirements that enable great solutions to be developed efficiently (i.e., complete, prioritized and traceable, with testable success metrics and without unnecessary constraints)
•Demonstrated cohesive end-to-end thinking in defining, creating and launching products
•Demonstrated ability to drive and communicate sound data-based decisions
•Strong analytical skills with a creative yet tactical philosophy on product ideation
•Demonstrated ability to multi-task on several projects at one time, independently set a project schedule, effectively manage the schedule, and motivate a cross-functional team to complete projects on time within scope and with high quality
•Demonstrated passion for consumer technology
•Experience in debit or credit card marketing highly desirable, but not required
•Experience in early stage, high growth companies is a big plus
