The role

Leadfully—an SYPartners branded product—helps emerging leaders tap into their full potential via a combination of content, tools, events and advising services. Our first, dedicated Account Executive will help Leadfully build new and lasting relationships with senior executives looking to accelerate 21st century leadership development in their organizations.

As a quota-carrying member of our team, you will be responsible for closing and expanding enterprise deals. Partnering closely with the VP & GM of Leadfully, along with other key SYPartners executives, you will be accountable for developing and managing a sales process to source, qualify, and develop opportunities that lead to new, add-on, and renewal client relationships.

The work you’ll do

- Source, cultivate, and maintain a pipeline of leads for outreach.

- Own the full sales cycle—from facilitating the sales process to sales outreach to closing deals to growing existing accounts. You’ll need to be familiar and comfortable with both cold and warm sales pitching as well as conducting senior-level conversations with leaders about their business and talent needs—and how Leadfully can help.

- Methodically track leads and sales for ongoing reports.

- Develop new pitches and sales material to promote Leadfully Advising, Leadfully Events and other paid experiences.

- Share insights from outreach and client efforts to help fuel new product development.

- As our first dedicated hire, build the Account Executive function, equipping SYPartners to expand via direct and indirect efforts.

- Design programs and directly galvanize influencers to grow business in a leveraged, highly efficient manner.
