Research Now is looking for a user-centric, data-driven and results-oriented Product Specialist to join our team. In this role you will develop expert level product proficiency and collaborate with product managers, sales and service teams to execute programs that drive product understanding and usage. You will combine this knowledge with additional business analysis to support the development of innovative new products and enhancements. •Develop and execute training programs, targeting both customers and internal stakeholders, that increase product understanding and usage
•Assist the Product Managers in working with all global and cross-functional teams that leverage the product line and product information in their activities.
•Drive the product discovery process for small defined projects
•Proactively identify and mitigate product risk; working with functional teams to resolve program issues
•Understand and communicate product performance through dashboards and data that you create or gather
•Conduct market research, including competitive assessments, industry analysis and on-going visits to current and prospective customers to understand both evolving client needs and emerging technologies.
•Build strong effective relationships with functional and geographic teams to evangelize, influence and execute product strategy and vision.
•3+ years of product management or customer experience, preferably in a market research or data analytics environment
•Knowledge of web and data management technologies and experience developing web-based products;
•Proficient in the development of competitive assessments and positioning; dashboards and data analytics; sales training and presentations.
•Self-starter with ability to operate with minimal supervision
•This position requires some travel (about 10%)
