The Orchard is looking for a Product Analyst to join our talented NYC product team.
Work directly with an agile team consisting of product managers, designers and engineers to ensure requirements and usability of the product
Help to establish success metrics and document acceptance criteria for product requirements
Perform user acceptance testing of our product
Be the expert on our platform - act as the frontline for internal and external product assistance and training
1+ year experience in a related field
Passion for the entertainment industry
Experience gathering requirements, writing use cases and acceptance criteria
Strong organizational, project management and analytical skills
Strong verbal, written and visual communication skills.
Experience using SQL or related tools to analyze data
Familiarity with scrum/agile development and JIRA software
Academic background in design, computer science, marketing or related engineering field
Firsthand experience with digital distribution or online entertainment
