The Sr. Product Manager leads a comprehensive product strategy, from product conception and definition through end of life. The Sr. Product Manager will lead a team to fulfill its mission and deliver exceptional customer experience and drive business results. The Sr. Product Management will be deeply involved in defining and executing product and platform strategy. He/she will contribute to the vision, translate that vision into detailed product roadmaps, and work cross-functionally to drive product initiatives through the product lifecycle.
As a leader of Product, you will:
*Define, own and communicate a product roadmap that delivers products and features that drive revenue growth through strong positioning and differentiation
*Champion ongoing competitive, market, and user research to ensure decisions are based on sound use of both qualitative and quantitative data
*Ensure product definitions meet and exceed immediate and long-term business, customer, and market expectations
*Ensure UX is a standard component of the development lifecycle, with a relentless focus on world-class UX
*Develop product business cases that capitalize on market opportunities to generate revenue growth
*Collaborate with Engineering, Product Quality, the Technology PMO, and *Service Delivery to ensure timely development and delivery of high-quality products within an agile development framework
*Collaborate across functions and business units on effective go-to-market plans, including pricing, positioning and packaging for a cohesive strategy
*Ensure availability and open communications of roadmap and product development plans at all stages of the product lifecycle
*Track market trends and technologies and determine if and when to incorporate new solutions into the existing product line
*Drive innovation across the product suite, identifying and defining solutions that anticipate changing customer and market environments
*Evangelize the company’s products and solutions at industry conferences, at symposiums and with key clients
*Support sales and other customer-facing teams in high-value meetings with prospects and customers
*Cultivate a deep understanding of the Clinical Trials space, including engagement with all segments of the customer base
The Sr. Product Manager will be a seasoned, disciplined and passionate leader with proven experience in Enterprise SaaS. The role requires a smart, creative and highly organized individual that has demonstrated that she/he can lead, inspire, grow and empower highly-talented and highly committed individuals, yet can be hands-on if/when necessary to get things done.
