Product Manager, Copilot

The Copilot team is seeking an experienced Product Manager to help build the Copilot Editorial application, our custom content platform. We need a passionate product leader with an aptitude for collaborating with a dedicated team of designers and engineers, and a proven track record of building successful digital platforms.

Primary Responsibilities

- Establish and track performance against team quarterly objectives and key results that map to the larger organization's annual goals
- Collaboratively work with stakeholders to understand and catalogue the diverse needs of the organization
- Build a roadmap that reflects a robust understanding of true business priorities
- Prioritize the backlog in a manner that balances business priorities, platform goals and user needs
- Use data and research to inform and validate, and in so doing promote a culture of experiment-based product development
- Provide clear product direction and generate alignment with the engineering and design teams
- Write product requirements documents that clearly encapsulate problem statements and success metrics
- Document use cases, test and rollout plans for new features
- Perform acceptance testing of new features
- Exercise scrum best practices in an agile environment
- Evangelize and facilitate the adoption of new platform components
- Develop platform components to be inherently extensible and reusable

Skills & Qualifications

- 3-5 years product management experience
- Superior verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience building platforms/platform clients
- Knowledge of and experience in an agile software development organization
- Experience and comfort with analytics tools

Preferred Qualifications

- CS degree or comparable programming experience
