The Product Team at is seeking an enthusiastic, data-driven Product Manager to work on our Flights product. Position is split between our midtown New York City office and our Norwalk, CT office (2-3 days per week in each office).

This role is responsible for connecting to’s airline content sources (Global Distribution Systems, Airlines) and distributing that content back out to our API consumers ( web, app, e-mail, and 3rd parties such meta search). On a given day you could meet with an airline to discuss new flight content opportunities, or meet with a team consuming the API to discuss new features. Ideal candidates are comfortable working with internal and external stakeholders to understand and prioritize connectivity and API needs, as well as working directly with engineers on technical design and debugging. Must thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. We aim to release products often with constant iteration and reliance on quantitative and qualitative metrics to help define further optimizations and enhancements.

What You’ll Do:

Work with content providers (GDS, Airlines) to implement and optimize features and connections in order to ensure has the best flight content and that it books smoothly.
Work with API customers to understand pain points and identify opportunities to grow our 3rd party business.
Define product specifications, establish milestones, and manage design, development and QA for a cross-functional scrum team of 6-8 people, and be accountable for delivery of product by this team.
Research, troubleshoot, diagnose, and recommend solutions to complex business and technical problems.
Continuously propose new A/B tests to improve conversion and engagement.
Be the glue! The product manager holds an organization together – it is part of your job to communicate often with all team members.
Get your hands dirty. We are a lean team and there is no job too big or too small. Some days you will be planning the strategy for the next quarter, and other days you will be diving into database records to troubleshoot an issue.

What We’re Looking For:

4+ years experience as product manager working with a full-stack or backend engineering team to deliver APIs or similar technology/SaaS solution products.
Experience balancing and prioritizing the needs of internal and external stakeholders
Experimental and data driven approach. Strong analytical skills. Able to interpret data and trends, diagnose problems, and recommend action plans to resolve issues
A high-EQ people-leader who builds and maintains strong team culture and stakeholder relationships.
A self-starter who is confident and able to move projects forward with little direction, while communicating regularly to impacted parties, and remaining in alignment with team best practices.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills – from product specifications, to JIRA tickets, to stakeholder presentations
Experience with Google Analytics and basic SQL
A desire to work in a fast-paced, results driven environment with multiple responsibilities.
Experience working in airline/GDS a plus.
BS/BA required.
