Define product vision, create product roadmap and map current requirements to industry trends.
Consult with business partners to understand current and future complex /strategic business needs.
Prioritize roadmaps against business needs, longer term platform health and partnership needs.
Plan and manage budgets, maintain project data relating to tracking and financials.
Influence decision making through active partnership with cross-functional teams.
Build and lead a high-functioning team of Product Managers to drive monetization and optimization of IgnitionOne products.
Leads product management teams to envision, define and develop new products.
Drive vendor selection process, maintain the vendor relationship, and drive build in house vs. buy analysis partnering with key cross-functional stakeholders.
Present product capabilities, vision, value propositions, and roadmap briefings to customers, prospects, the sales team and at other public events.
Collaborate with Product Marketing, Marketing, Solutions Consulting and Business Development.
Strong people management skills and the ability to lead, manage, motivate and inspire a diverse group of professionals.
Demonstrate technical leadership, solid communication and analytical skills with thorough understanding of product development and successful problem definition, decomposition, estimation and resolution.
Drive an organization of efficiency, accountability and ownership.
