Working within the Community Solutions team, the Director, Product Management will help drive the success of the current recycling offering and develop new products and features designed to change consumer behavior around sustainability issues, primarily curbside recycling. The Product Manager will collaborate with stakeholders across departments from data management to sales and play a critical role in evaluating and improving core products in addition to shaping product decisions.
•Evaluate, improve and grow existing core incentive-based recycling program offerings.
•Develop product business models, define and measure product success, provide ongoing analysis of product metrics across the Community Solutions product set.
•Evaluate and prioritize new product opportunities in recycling and adjacent industries.
•Help maintain and update product roadmaps, documentation, and handbooks.
•Understand market needs and opportunities, member and client pain points (on and offline) and translate them into tangible solutions.
•Establish product requirements and features to meet market needs, and translate these to technical teams for implementation.
•Work with marketing, sales, account management and other functional areas to take products from ideation to launch.
•Monitor and report trends in the recycling and behavior change sectors to incorporate into product suite as well as inform employees and key internal constituents about the changing industry landscape.
•4-yr Bachelor’s degree, Master’s degree in a relevant field is a plus.
•5+ year relevant product management experience.
•Experience having managed and/or delivered products, ideally consumer-facing.
