Our client provides software, products, and services to the entertainment industry. Their products deliver leading editorial and user-generated content and platforms for ticket sales, box-office management, fundraising, and customer relationship management.
Work with Product Managers to create engaging and cohesive user experiences across multiple platforms.
Utilize and establish best practices for UX Design for the full life cycle, from requirements gathering and refinement to full fidelity prototypes.
Work with Editorial, Advertising, Marketing, Customer Service, Product Development, Technology and Executive management to meet technical and business needs while ensuring that the end-user is the top priority.
Lead usability sessions and interpret market data while moving business requirements into functional designs, championing the user along the way.
Be part of an iterative design and development process while creating appropriate artifacts and documentation to support designs.
Focus on delivering user experience designs using sketches, prototypes, wireframes, user flows and creative comps.
Manage and mentor a small team of UX and Creative designers across the company’s product portfolio brands.
Manage relationships with third-party agencies and resources as appropriate.
Prepare and present work at all stages of the development process.
3+ years of digital user experience (UX) development experience
Strong leadership presence.
Ability to quickly distill complex functionality requirements into clean, understandable and elegant solutions.
Articulate in current trends, including Lean UX and Responsive Design.
Demonstrated skills around user-centered design, disciplines and principles as well as an eye for subtle and aesthetic detail.
Desire to thrive in a fast-paced, iterative and collaborative environment.
Ability to present samples and/or a portfolio of prior work.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Content/Publishing, E-commerce and SaaS experience is highly desirable.
