Position:
This position will work in close partnership with the other MSLO product owners & designers and is responsible for:

Agile Team Management
• Define MLP (minimum loveable product) & associated KPIs
• Translate product goals into requirements & engineering needs
• Manage the product lifecycle
• Manage track roadmap & backlog based on overall roadmap & business objectives (advertising, sales, marketing, etc)

Strategic Thinking
• Market trends & opportunities #8232;- Target audience research and analysis #8232;- Ongoing competitive research and analysis #8232;- Changes to user behavior (expectations, adoption of technologies etc’)
• Create “what if” models that allow evaluation of cost/benefits to accelerate product development

Analysis & Insights
• Define parameters to be tracked and analyzed
• Analyze KPIs to maximize consumer engagement, enhancing user experience & communicate findings to digital leads
• Recommend mitigation, testing, enhancement plans based on evolving performance

Requirements
• 4+ years experience minimum
• Experience with multiple product launches in an Agile environment
• Hands-on in defining objectives & producing deliverables in fast-paced environment #8232;
• Demonstrated experience managing the full product development lifecycle
• Strong blend of analytical, decision-making & creative solving skills
• Technical expertise necessary to guide implementation
• Excellent communication & presentation skills
