KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Plan roadmaps according to product visions, guided by business goals
and bounded by engineering/schedule constraints
• Drive the delivery of innovative products working with cross-functional
team(s) of engineers, designers, researchers and business managers
• Distill customer/business needs into key product requirements
• Collect and measure product metrics to validate feature level
effectiveness and/or overall product health
• Utilize analytics, customer research, and competitive analysis to improve
the customer experience, increase conversion rates, and grow revenue
• Provide expertise in current e-commerce industry best practices ensuring
a best in class user experience

REQUIREMENTS:
• 5+ years of product management experience in the eCommerce space
• 2+ years of experience working in an Agile development environment
• A Bachelor’s degree or higher in a technical discipline or the equivalent
industry experience
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills, with the ability to
evolve product strategy based on research and/or industry trends
• Passion for high quality user experience and excellent attention to detail
for consumer-facing features
• Great design sensibility and capability to illustrate product ideas
effectively in the form of mockups and wireframes
• Ability to understand and discuss technical concepts in the context of
product ideas with both non-technical and technical stakeholders
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and
metrics to backup hypotheses and drive actions
